Seeing It In Place

Showing your work to a potential client is one thing but hanging it on their wall or letting them image it in place is quite another.  When a client is considering a purchase I often will offer to superimpose a painting, or several, into a photograph of their space.  It’s easy with Photoshop Elements to plunk it down into the picture and add a drop shadow.

If it is likely to be a commission, and after asking lots of questions, I can take archived photos or photographs of available paintings, place them in their photo and show the client different options. It’s an important purchase and one that is hard to visualize so this is the perfect solution if you can’t be in their home or office to actually show the work.

Another way to showcase your work is to purchase stock photos of rooms and add your paintings to those.
