A few weeks ago I talked about a French Gallery, Carré d’Artistes, with which I’m associated. They have over 30 galleries worldwide and market mainly to tourists. The idea is to offer 4 sizes of original art that are matted and presented in a glassine sleeve. The buyer can take as is or have it framed on the spot and have it shipped too. I think this is a brilliant concept.
I’ve been with them several years and in several galleries. I’m happy to announce that as of September 1st my work will be on display in Montmartre, Paris!
Oh how I’d love to see it all in place. Wouldn’t a trip to Paris be fabulous? The closest I got to one of the stores was in Philadelphia. They all have a similar look which is clean and neat. The main photo was one I took at the Philly location. Here are a few pictures of how they are set up.
