Wow! I’m pretty excited! I just found out that my YouTube channel has a ranking of #21 of the “Top 75 Abstract Art YouTube Channels Every Abstract Artist Must Visit” This is according to Feedspot.com Pretty cool, eh? I had no idea this was even a thing but am very pleased to be recognized.
I’ve been part of YouTube since 2011 but have been more active in the past 2 years. My goal is to upload a new video once a week but that can be a challenge sometimes. There are over 60 videos at the moment. My demonstrations are meant to be a glimpse into my process not a tutorial but I have many people tell me they find them valuable as a learning tool.
I like to use different techniques and tools, sometimes unconventional tools. I feel anything is fair game when it comes to the application, movement or removal of paint. Since I like to experiment you will find a variety of subjects from abstracts and florals to landscapes . Bold strokes and color combine with subtle nuances and of course lots of blending.
