Ahh…It’s finally ready!

That’s a sigh of relief mixed with excitement. After several years of thinking about doing this and pure procrastination, my website has had a complete makeover and now includes a blog.

My focus will mainly be painting related topics but who knows where it might lead.

Let’s begin with my latest series of paintings that all start with an underpainting of metallic gold acrylic paint. Because of my layering technique of washes and glazes, as well as the removal of some paint, the gold seems to give each piece a glow and luminescence.
